Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for payments made in advance for music classes that have not yet been conducted. To request a refund, the customer must notify True Tone Academy at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Refunds are not provided for classes that have already been attended, missed without prior notice, or for packages partially utilized music lesson.
Refund Process and Timeline:
All eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used via Razorpay. Once a refund is processed, it generally takes 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card, subject to bank processing timelines. Instant refunds may be available at an additional charge as per Razorpay’s policies.
Partial and Full Refunds:
True Tone Academy reserves the right to issue either full or partial refunds at its discretion. Partial refunds may be processed if only a portion of the paid services are canceled before commencement.
Refund Fees:
No processing fee will be charged for regular refunds. However, the transaction fee and GST applied at the time of payment capture will not be reversed.
Exceptions:
No refunds will be issued for classes canceled after the start time, for absenteeism, or for completed sessions. Any special request for refund or disputes should be reported within three (3) days from the date of the scheduled class.
